Direct Pro Windows & Doors

I had Direct Pro replace windows in my home this spring. I was very pleased with the product, the pricing and the installation. The installers were very professional and completed everything to my satisfaction I would highly recommend Direct Pro Window and Doors.

Direct Pro replaced all our windows in 2 stages. They advised me on which windows were the best suited. We are very impressed with the noise reduction and efficiency archived with the new windows we had installed in the front of our home. Thank you Direct Pro for everything!

We dealt with Alex from Direct Pro Windows and Doors when replacing all windows in our previous house while preparing it for sale. We were extremely satisfied with the price and also with the efficient and professional job so it was an easy decision to call Alex once again after moving into our next home. This time we had all the windows replaced, plus a new entranceway door and a sliding patio door in the back of the house. We are very happy with all aspects of the job from price, quality of the windows and doors and wonderful team of installers, to the great clean up job they did. very unprofessional service, the quality of the windows and hardware is poor, and they don't come and fix their errors in installation.
They did not caulk most of my windows, and did not care to return any of my calls.

they gave empty promises that on delivery date, the installation staff were really late, they installed in the dark, and missed many things they were supposed to do.

a great disappointment

We were looking to replace a couple of windows in our house and the front entrance door. We called a few companies for quotations Direct Pro was the 2rd company to come out for quotation. When I met Alex I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and by far the most thorough in comparison to the others. Most importantly, I felt he was trustworthy and he did not disappoint. Installers were courteous, professional and respected our home. They were meticulous in their work and took responsibility for cleaning up after themselves. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the crew’s expertise. I highly recommend Direct Pro and will definitely use them again.

My whole experience with Direct Pro was professional and top quality. Eugene is knowledgeable and confident in his product - with good reason. After seeing other fiberglass doors that were supposed to look like wood, I was hesitant to go with this type of product. Eugene assured us the door would look great and he was right. The company delivered the product by the date and I told Justin he did an amazing job - it's clear and Direct Pro take pride in their work. Great experience overall.
