After much research, I hired this company to resurface my 900 sq ft deck, half of which was 50 years old and the other half 30 years. This is a complex deck with a complex history (tar, vinyl, hypalon, and old repairts). The location is very hard on a deck - with large coniferous trees surrounding it and generously providing continuous contaminants to remove.
The company worked with me so that I was able to keep the cost to my budget by doing some of the carpentry and old surface removal/dispposal myself. I was very pleased with the final result, but have waited a year to post a review in order to see how it held up through an annual maintenance cycle. It is excellent - as easy to clean as claimed in the promotional material. There are no signs of any bonding or other issues.
If you plan on keeping your house for the longer term (more than 10-15 years), then this is the product and installer I recommend.
