Sales rep was very thorough and knowledgeable. Work scheduled promptly. The installers were amazing...no mess at all left behind, no dirt brought into the house. They took time to tell me what they were doing & why. I am quite impressed...

Thank you for writing this great review of our work. I do want to start with an apology for not responding sooner to your kind words.....
I wanted to let you know that I had read them, and then put them on our list to do ....and well, we just got our new building which closes in two days time!!!!!! So...although, that sounds like an excuse, it is exciting that we will be having a permanent home for Mackay Heating and Cooling, 905 688 1849.
