I have dealt with MacKay for about 3 years now for my new air conditioner and more recently for the installation of a high efficiency furnace. One thing that I know for sure is that they respond really quickly when you need them. The staff is very knowledgable and they have always taken the time to listen to me and answer my questions or concerns. Their prices are very competitive, so far all of these reasons, I went back to MacKay for my new furnace. They left the furnace room clean and tidy and I feel confident that my furnace is well installed.
