I arranged an appointment with this company to have annual maintenance performed on my Trane furnace. On the date of the service they called prior to arriving to perform the work. During the service the technician explained what he was doing and was very helpful in providing guidance for the future operation of my furnace. The technician was very considerate of the outside weather conditions and acted accordingly while he was in my home. I recommend MacKay Heating and Cooling for any work that you require for heating and cooling units in your home.
