I had to fix a leaking problem that cause damage in the garage stucco. I got at least 6 estimates, when I met David, he was very kind, respectful, on time with our appointment, explained very well the scope of the job and gave a very reasonable price.
I made a decision to work with him and he went above and beyond, even repaired few cracks and filled some spots that were not part of the estimate. He also change a rotten piece of plywood and was not extra.
David is very professional and his job is impecable. His crew is very respectful and left the work area very clean.
