The guys came in with big smiles and were set to start moving once they got inside! Love that. We have a toddler and 2 very curious dogs, and they made them part of the fun! Thanks again.

I used You Move Me twice in the past few months. I was scheduled to move out of my basement apartment into an apartment unit which wasn't quite ready so I temporarily moved in with my best friend in the same building. I was only present for the first move so can only speak to that. Sam and Mike would incredible to work with. They called prior to their arrival to give me an ETA and upon arrival, got all the paperwork started and discussed a plan of action. They both work diligently to get my belongings out of the basement, into the truck and then into my friend's apartment. The guys were kind, courtesy toward me, my belongings and my friend and worked hard. I felt extremely at ease during the move rather than stressed and high strung which you'd expect when moving. I knew I would use them again to get settled into my apartment with how well everything went. They even had the personal touch of bringing a house warming gift (a plant) to end the move. Would definitely recommend!!

I hired You Move Me to help move my larger pieces of furniture from my old condo at one end of the city to my new place at the other end. Despite the 30 minute drive, the whole process took less than 2 1/2 hours. Bevan and Tre were extremely efficient and all-round great guys. I would thoroughly recommend You Move Me to anyone looking to move in the GTA, whether the job is large or small.

The movers were friendly and professional Tried their best to make the experience as comfortable and worry free as they could. And yes! they did bring me coffee I would definitely recommend "You-Move-Me" to a friend.

Well, You Move Me arrives on time, are extremely efficient. They started immediately after arriving (with coffee I might add) at the move location! This made me very happy even though it was an extremely hot day. The moving staff were careful with our items, and adept at taking down and putting back together our beds. We were very grateful for this service. Despite parking issues and having to bring everything up on an elevator, they were very pleasant to work with from beginning until the end.

I was very pleased with the information meeting. The service was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased have the option of donating furniture to a charity.
The service went downhill from there. The day before the move, the company was on able to make contact with me despite me initiating new contact information with them weeks before. I had to go out of my way to email three individuals before making contact with a person to confirm the move time. The movers were personable, however complained about the "not matching the actual work, how much content we had to move, and implied that we should treat them for dinner after already providing coffee and donuts. Not surprisingly, the move Ito the new place took 1/3 of the time that t did to pack the truck. Some care was taken to ensure that all labelled and colour-coded boxes were placed into the right rooms. However there were a chunk of boxes that were dropped in the wrong zone despite the labels. Some damage occurred on our antique table, and the administrator was gracious to provide a good discount. Invoice was $250 more than quote, even after deciding not to include a packing service fee.

Arrived early. Came with a larger truck but one less guy than the original quote. Hard working and friendly. It took longer but they worked steady. Professional and courteous! They were so diligent I offered them lunch and gave them a nice tip in the end.

Packing up kitchen, moving house-- loading up and unloading boxes and furniture .
Staff were efficient. Small accident--managed to damage a newly painted wall. Some of crew more professional than others.
