You Move Me Toronto/Gta

This was the best move I've ever had. Nick and Quinn were really nice and VERY careful with my belongings. I was moving in the same building and it took them just under 2 hours to move all my belongings and move my storage locker. They even brought me a plant! I could not recommend You Move Me more highly.

Your guys were prompt, friendly and efficiant. A $900 estimate ended up at $500 and change. Good job all around.

They're staff and management were excellent to work with; all very conscientious, hard working and professional. Communications were also excellent and their rate was much lower than expected.

The only downsides were that ours was the 2nd job of the day and the 1st ran way over so we completely missed the time window for the elevator booking for the condo we were moving too (had to make a few calls to make allowances). The amount of stuff to move was also severely underestimated so an additional person had to be called in.

Apart for the delayed start, everything would have been perfect if they'd sent someone to gauge how much stuff had to be moved for a more accurate quote, staffing and truck size from thee beginning. The 4 hour booking ended up taking 6, with an additional person after the first 2 hours.

Regardless, based on their very high quality of service and professionalism, I would have been happy to pay an appropriately higher rate. I think they would still come in competitively on quotes, if not still one of the lowest.

The work was done efficiently taking precaution to wrap all furniture. Shoes were removed and carpets protected. Work was completed in a timely manner. Original quote was higher but reduced when came in lower than expected. Their honesty was very much appreciated.

I have used "You Move Me" twice now in a short period of time. On both occasions, their service was excellent. They call the day before to discuss the time and confirm once again the number of items/rooms being moved. They call again 30 minutes before arrival and arrive on time. the staff are friendly and courteous. Work hard the entire time and are flexible if you need some adjustment.
They completed the work well within their estimated time and price.

I moved in Sept 2016, and You Move Me was the moving company I hired. Communication prior to the move was excellent - everything was explained to me in a very straight-forward manner. On the day of the move, the movers were on time and moved my belongings very safely and efficiently. The movers themselves were very pleasant to work with. I did alot of research into moving companies before hiring You Move Me, and I found their rates to be very competitive. In the end, my total cost was less than my estimate. I would not hesitate to use You Move Me for my next move, or to recommend them to a friend!
