We hired Kleen Condition to do some mold removal on some plywood in our attic. They came on time, finished the job in about 3 hours and the results were what we expected. Overall the work was good, the only reason I wouldn't give them a perfect score is because I felt like the price was high.

Thank you for your input, and high score for our work. As far as price - I am sure that you carefully checked our competition, and your decision was based on our low price. We remediated as many as 60 attics this year for two reasons:
1. We have 0 (zero) complaints rate
2. We lower the price, to make it affordable for all home owners.
Concluding, I have the same feeling when paying for services; it always comes at wrong time and the price is too high. I am sure that we can’t disagree here… .

remove mold from attic

We had our house for sale and finally found the right buyer only to find some mold in the attic on inspection. We spoke to 3 companies, one had a high cost, one would remove the mold but not correct the flow issue. Kleen Condition's quote was very reasonable, they did the work quickly, and provided us with a certificate and 10 yr warranty which we gave to the buyer. One stop shopping, they removed the mold and corrected the airflow issue in one day. Mike was great to work with. The house SOLD!
