Had an issue with garage opener. Researched the flashing lights for troubleshoot. Looked like a motor or circuit board issue. So I called Jack. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. We made an appointment for another day. He arrived promptly and had clear and constant communication. It took him no time to finish putting in the new opener. He also did some extra work/maintenance on the door after he finished installation. Jack was very polite, easy to get a hold of and the whole experience was just super positive. On top of that the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Jack if you ever need garage door work done.
