Dimitar clearly knows locks. He had the safe open in minutes with no damage. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned our front door lock and advised how to set the latch properly to avoid the keys 'sticking' - this is an Art Studio and several members have keys. I will definitely use Dimitar again for business and personal lock services..
