Locksmith Care

We bought a house and needed to get all the locks changed on short notice. I called Locksmith Care, and Dimitar picked up right away. He was able to give me a general quote and schedule me in for that afternoon. Not only was he on time, he showed up early. The locks we had were quite old and we had a few surprises (double cylinders, missing key for one etc.). Dimitar just rolled with all the unexpected, explaining to me the implications, and was very fast and efficient in swapping out all our locks. A few of the locks were sticky and he made sure to take the time to patiently adjust them until they all worked smoothly to his satisfaction.

He didn't do anything without checking with me first and making sure he understood what I wanted and I understood the decisions I was making. He was fantastic to deal with. I couldn't recommend him enough. We'll definitely be calling him again when we likely swap out our old locks for new ones when we're ready to later next year.
