The closets look amazing. We haven't had the chance to actually use them yet as we haven't moved in to our new space but I can already tell they will be functional and will keep us organized. They were very responsive, designed the closets to our needs and their installers were prompt and professional. Would not hesitate to refer Marc, Jill and their team.

We had a great experience working with Marc and Jill on our complete house project.

We custom designed with Marc 1 large new built-in wardrobe to fill an empty bedroom wall space from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling.

Additionally we had 5 reach-in closets in our house: entrance, linen, 2 offices and one large double-sliding-door bedroom closet; that were all empty, and we worked with Marc to plan them with custom organizer shelves and hanging.

After planning, installation was scheduled quickly and the two installation guys were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up and were able to fit all closets into our 70-year-old house that has no single straight wall, ceiling or floor. A miracle and piece of art.

At reviewing the work after the first day (of the two needed) we had to raise to the installers a few small issues in precision and attention to detail around the perfect alignment and gaps of footer-front boards, shelfes and wall fillers. They understood exactly and re-did some of the footer sections and fillers again to precise perfection and needed attention to detail.

After installation we noticed that in the planning of the double-sliding-door closet layout we did not account for the limitations of the opening of the two doors and reach-in, so we had to do some swapping of 2 of the 3 sections in the closet. Marc and the installers were amazing and efficient at replanning and changing the layout just a few days after the initial installation was done. Just great!

Marc and Jill were professional and accommodating. They worked with me to make the most out of my new condo closets, which were not particularly well thought through in terms of size and layout. I ended up with functional closets that make the best use of small space. Definitely a value add!

A few months ago we were in search of a company to build and install custom cabinetry/built-ins surrounding our basement fireplace, a front entrance custom bench and to convert a kitchen closet into a pantry . We met with Marc who was very professional, friendly, and promptly provided us with an estimate. Our job was reasonably priced and could be done in a timely manner so we went ahead with Tailored Living. We were promptly provided with a computerized design with measurements of our built-ins and other cabinetry so that we could review and make any changes as we liked and we also got to choose from a variety of finishes. Our installation went smoothly.

From the initial phone call, to the consultation, and to installation day this team was fantastic! We hired Tailored Living to design our walk-in closet, reach in closet, and a custom shoe cabinet. The design really maximized the space we had and the end result was awesome! Based on my rlecoerience, I would highly recommend them.

I called tailored because I was in a pinch for time and they made it a priority to come to my home the very next day. Marc took the entire evening to walk us through each design the next day. Once we were satisfied, we aligned on a date. The install was done professionally and quickly with no mess left in our home. One thing I should mention, the prices are not the cheapest out there but certainly not the most expensive either. I would recommend Tailored Living to anyone. Fast, friendly, efficient and no clean up after. Thank you!
