I was 100% satisfied with Calaway, I spoke to Paul and he set an appointment and Christian showed up at the specified time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a price and was there the next day by 830am.
The shower was difficult to say the least but Christian went that extra mile and resolved all my problems.
I would not hesitate to use them with any further plumbing needs

Needed a hot water heater replaced in a very complicated scenario:
-3rd floor of a stacked townhouse style condo, requiring removal of old HWH and install of new one 4 stories up, with only stair access.
-unit piped with a notorious type of defective piping. HWH integrated with heating system.
Of the companies I called, one told me I would need a plumber to go in ahead of them, another took a look at the photo we sent of the existing installation and stopped returning our calls.

Another unit owner in the same complex recommended Calaway to us. They sent someone (Michael) out to the unit to assess the situation and provide a detailed quote showing what the costs were for. It was a few days later before they were able to schedule the job, but I can't really fault them for being busy. They replaced the HWH, re-piped the nearby pipes in copper, and removed the old heater. After they left I realized I had forgotten to ask for a sample of the defective pipe. I called Michael and he had them set aside the piping until I could pick it up at a later date. The cleanup wasn't the best I've ever seen, but the quality of work and level of service was excellent. I highly recommend Calaway.

Technician was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Was upfront and fair. Worked really hard to clear an extremely tough blockage.

Provided insightful information regarding the state and build of the plumbing.

I experienced a major sewage backup in my basement where all my lines were full of crap and it was coming up all the floor drains. Serba came in and used radio frequency from his camera to locate exactly where the camera was getting stuck in the pipe. When we dug up the ground the exact location he marked on the concrete slab was exactly where the pipe was clogged. While having the ground open we fixed every problem that was causing the backup and eliminated issues that would cause future backups. Serba explained every part throughout the process in great detail and was very patient. He always put my mind at ease even though I was very stressed with the back up. The working conditions were extremely bad with the sewage back up but that did not effect the quality of their work one bit. I highly recommend Calaway and I would use them every time in the future!

A pipe burst in my commercial retail unit. The lady that answered the phone was helpful and calming. They came fast within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem. They were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was fair.

We had a basement backup., to the point we could not flush or use any fixtures in the house Calaway came to the rescue! Nicholas our technician was professional, courteous and friendly. He immediately covered his feet coming into the house and went straight to work. He presented us 5 options for the work, and had our clog fixed in literally 45mins of arrival. There was no pressure to spend more or less. He left us with a reassurance the job was done right!.

The diverters for my Kohler faucets in two showers and a bathtub with a deck mount were malfunctioning. Michelle, on reception, was most helpful during my queries, and the plumber, Nick Vaessen, went to a great deal of trouble to get warrantied parts from Kohler and came twice to do the repairs. The tub repair was especially awkward, due to the position of that diverter, but Nick managed not only to install the new one, but also to reconfigure the connections to make it easier for future access. I would highly recommend Nick and Calaway Plumbing to anyone needing a top-notch and caring plumber.

Calaway Plumbing was the best company I have ever dealt with. I called regarding a plumbing issue in my basement and was greeted with the most positive and friendly live person I have ever dealt with. She was efficient and was able to take down my information and send someone over within an hour. Her greeting made me more comfortable with dealing with the company in the first place. The technicians that arrived at my house were very professional and were very clean and knowledgeable in this field. They were able to solve my plumbing problems giving my house and plumbing a high standard of care and cleanliness.
