Hi have called Sam from JSN two times in the past few months. The first call, I needed to replace the hinges on the Dacor double oven doors. Sam came for a diagnostic visit, ordered the parts, and returned to complete the repair. Oven doors close with a perfect seal now! Thanks, Sam. I recently had Sam over to fix my dryer - drum turning but no heat. Sam brought the heating element with him and repaired the dryer. He volunteered to spend some time and vaccuum out the lint inside the dryer as well. Sam is a professional. He sets up an appt, keeps the appt, shows up on time, treats your house and appliances carefully, and is honest. No upselling any other parts! The price is fair, you can find cheaper but the quality of work will not be there. I have recommended Sam to many neighbors and friends.

We called Ayman on Monday night because our fridge stopped working. He was able to figure out the problem over the phone and ensure he had the right parts when he came. He arrived within the time-frame given and was able to assess the problem in minutes. He was also able to foresee a future clog that may happen and fixed that too.
