One of the big burners of our oven range stopped heating all of a sudden and when I called JSN the process was very simple to book. The staff is very courteous and efficient. They asked to send the model number of the range so that the service person can bring the relevant accessories. On the day of repair Sam was right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away because he had the parts with him. The job was done in no time and it's been 2 months since the repair and the range is working fine. Thank you Sam.

The office receptionist was most understanding and arranged the earliest appointment she could schedule. Sam showed up on time and was meticulous in examining, taking apart, cleaning and fixing the 12+ years old drier.
