I called JSN because me clothes washer broke down & I wanted my 25 yr old dishwasher checked (whether I should still use it). Sam came out right on time (in less than 2 hours!); he wore booties ... love that. In less than 15 minutes diagnosed that my clothes washer bearing & spyder were gone, so too costly to repair. Sam then checked my dishwasher & said I could continue using it. Rates were very reasonable plus Sam gave me some good pointers on both appliances. JSN is definitely on my contacts list!

Our dishwasher broke down on a Friday and JSN was able to get a repair technician out the SAME day. Fixed our dishwasher in just under an hour and followed up the next day to make sure it was still running well. Amazing service! Highly recommend!

My dishwasher stopped working and my troubleshooting couldnt fix it. JSN was easy to deal with, had time for me within a day or two and quickly solved the problem.
