PLEASE UNDERSTAND I ACTUALLY pull your furnace APART ENTIRELY for inspection, cleaning and tune-up….then REBUILD your furnace, and Retest operation to ensure proper operation.

MANY of Calgary companies DO NOT have QUALIFIED experienced technicians who can perform THIS 4 in 1 service …see below.

1/ Inspection. What parts require replacement? What can be done to improve and keep current furnace ? All parts are tested.
2/ sanitized and cleaned all inner components inside your furnsces.
3/ Tune-up is….flame sensor cleaned, burners cleaned, heat exchanger (Inside and outside), fan blades cleaned, motor cleaned and oiled (if not a sealed bearing) reheat coils cleaned , airn conditioning coils cleaned, secondary condensate traps flushed manually and cleaned, everything rebuilt and re tested before and after.

4/ performance evaluation...checking for air leaks,lost air pressure points in your main ductwork ,missing and fallen ductwork, missing venting, holes in system.
