We needed a bin on a Saturday urgently for a job at my father's home.
Being a senior and a widower he was not into doing housework and kept items for many years. A hoarding situation.
We called and spoke to Rose and she is amazing and the driver she contacted (his name forgot) and they arranged for a bin to be delivered within 2 hours.
We could not thank them enough and would recommend them to everyone.

Ordered a 40 yard bin. The staff who delivered it was great and the guy who picked it up was great. That's the only reason for the 2 stars.

Charged me about $800 for my waste (which incidentally was only 25% of the bin of some drywall, insulation, and 1950's 1/4" flooring (demolished about 300 sq ft of space). Asked them to produce a weigh bill from the city, and they still have not, but they did charge me for it already.

I am not an expert at measuring weight, but 6.3 metric tons for wrecking 300 sq ft of assorted waste seems a little much. Some of the other reviewers had experienced the same thing.

Anyways, they have yet to produce a weigh bill and by now I think it is long forgotten.

Rented a 4yard bin to place escavated dirt in. Was told the bin is $250+tx. Which is the going rate. My bill was $395 as they added an extra $100 because there was broken concrete slabs mixed in with the dirt. No one else I've ever worked with does that. And I was informed after the fact. Sleazy way to do biz. Let me know up front. Did not appreciate that. Carl Cassell

Ordered a bin for a large home renovation project. Bin was delivered and picked up on time and the price was very affordable. Even got a $25 discount for ordering online. Would recommend red bins for any large disposal needs. Thanks red bins!

Showed up 2.5 hrs late in which we had to pay the labour to wait. they charged 2.3 metric tonnes thats 5000 lbs for carpet, tile for 2 small condo bathroom tub areas and cabinets for a small kitchen . the bin was not full and max 2000lbs and thats generous. then they send a dubious weighbill with no name on it. they upcharged $100 bill. Nice procedure

Needed a bin to clear garbage and miscellaneous stuff throughout the house! Red Bins was easy to work with and book online - also very response to questions by email and phone. Delivered and picked up on stated dates. Great service! Highly recommended.
