Art and his crew delivered just as promised. It starts with a thorough quote. One of Arts crew spent almost two hours photographing and inventorying the shakes that required maintenance. From there, Art provided a detailed maintenance, which to my surprise contained multiple options and was $2000 less than my second quote. He outlined what had to be done and what could optionally be done. I choose in favor of the additional work to extend the life of my roof. We had a wet summer so the entire work spanned several work days. The crew was courteous, cleaned up after each day and kept me informed of the progress and days planned to complete the work. Art finished the work with a personal visit to review the work and share the warranty. Sometimes the work is in the detail. In this case I think its true.
