I contacted Nino to replace a defective sprinkler head I was quoted $235. and told him to go ahead. After he replaced the head and turned the system back on, I discovered that the head he replaced was not the same as the other heads and did not cover the same area. I asked him to replace it but he wouldn't.. I even sent him an email threatening to advise Homestars of his poor service but he never contacted me again.
I had to contact another Irrigation contractor to remove the head Nino put in and replace it with the correct one.
There were other issues with Nino's service call but this was the most frustrating one. I never saw it coming.
