kaum responded my email and text very quickly. Even though it was a small job, he came and fixed the stuff I couldn’t do it by myself! He was very efficient. It is so hard to get hold of a good person in these day!!

We had a tree fall on our power lines and we were without power until repairs could be made. Kaum provided a fair quote for the work, arrived on time, and completed the job with proficiency in a timely manner. He and his crew were very respectful when working on our property and took the time to explain everything to me. Kaum followed up after completing the job to ensure power had been restored and everything was to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Trini Electric, or to use their services again.

After the storm, everyone was solidly booked. I called Kaum and he turned me down because he was overbooked, but felt horrible. He decided to come anyway that same night after he finished his last job and fixed our mast immediately. He was missing a part and came back the next morning in order to ensure Hydro would come earlier to restore our power. Not only was the job well done, but he called afterward to check on us and see if our power was back. I have never met such a genuine individual, and highly highly recommend him and his crew.

During a massive windstorm a tree knocked down our power lines which pulled the mast off of our house. We needed to have the mast fixed before Toronto Hydro could reconnect the power. Due to the large number of people experiencing the same problem it was hard to find an electrician. I called Trini Electrical and he picked up and at first said he wouldn't be available until the next day but then went out of his way to come the same day. His crew was friendly and professional. The work was done according to the time commitment and according to the quote. I was very pleased and would recommend.
