From my first meeting with Kaum I knew I would enjoy working with him. He was professional, gave me a honest quote with no hidden charges.

On December 29, 2019 when I blew a fuse, I contacted Kaum on a Sunday, he called me back and he came to see me the next day and fixed the issue.

He did a follow-up call before he left for vacation to make I was ok and gave me contact numbers to call if the fuse went out again.

He was helpful, gave advise when I told him about work I wanted done.

On the day of the panel change he arrived early and the work, which I thought would take all day was finished by lunch time. Kaum and Moe did a excellent job. I would highly recommend Trini Electric .

Right from initial contact, Kaum was very responsive and quick and was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. His price was competitive and he was pleasant to deal with. He came in and fixed my electrical panel and everything works now!

Trini Electric was able to replace our faulty panel and upgrade our service to 200 amps at the same time, on extremely short notice. We were unable to keep any large appliances on (including the hot water heater) with the faulty panel, and Kaum and his crew were able to come in the next day to do the job.

The only feedback I could give is that they could have done a slightly better clean up job, and I had to provide the foam to seal up the bigger hole into my house created by the larger conduit needed for 200 amp service. Nevertheless, I would recommend and hire Trini Electric again for future jobs.

It's pretty scary seeing blue sparks behind an electrical outlet when you go to use it! Kaum responded to my service request within minutes of making it in the evening. We spoke first thing the next morning and he was here within the hour. Professional, responsive, friendly, efficient. I will definitely use their services again for future electrical needs!

I thought devils were in my house: After having a handyman change a switch, strange electrical malfunctions begain in my house: two stoves lost power without tripping any breaker, while the time display continued; my LED lights began changing colours, and ceiling LEDs began to randomly turn off and on, and my air conditioning shut down on a hot Saturday afternoon. I spent most of the remainder of the day trying to figure this out by myself. Sunday morning, I went to HomeStars looking for someone I could trust. I called Trini Electric at 8 am. Kaum answered the phone, and said he would be happy to help given the urgency... I stepped out to go to the hardware store for a few minutes when I received a call from my spouse at 11. By the time I got home at 11:15, Kaum and his son had carried out their diagnosis and called the city electrical utility. The issue was I was missing a phase - the issue was with the feed to my house. Kaum, his son and daughter waited with me until the service truck arrived - they insisted. We sat on the back porch and chatted like old friends. Luckily the electrical service vehicle as in the area arriving at about 11:40 am. They replaced connectors on the post on my house and on the hydro pole. Shortly past noon, they asked me to check if everything was working, and it was! Thanks Kaum for coming out on a Sunday, for your fast service and great price. Your personable nature put me at ease and I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend at peace.

Trini Electric responded promptly and professionally to my request for service, they are very thorough and experienced. All communication was clear and they showed up right away and were able to fix the kitchen lighting and floor heating unit. Contacted Kaum through HomeStars and he promptly responded and accommodated me immediately since I was in the middle of renovations and had a timeline to get the work done. Kaum and his team were professional and completed the job within a very short time frame. It was a pleasure working with Kaum and I will certainly contact him for any future electrical projects I need done.

We noticed some periodic flickering of lights around the house. Based on the reviews we saw on Homestars we called Trini. They came when they said they would. They were knowledgeable and polite. After a thorough examination of the inside the house they determined that there was nothing wrong with our internal wiring. Suggested that we call Toronto Hydro to check the outside connection from the grid. Sure enough that was the problem. They were knowledgeable, honest and professional. We highly recommend Trini based on our experience.

TRINI Electric did all the electrical work for us and we couldn't be happier. They were on time, on budget, no corners cut.
All the crew were extremely polite, easy to deal with and great worker all around.

I called Trini Electric after reading all the reviews on Homestars. They answered promptly and said they could call around in the afternoon sometime. They arrived at the designated time and were very respectful and kind. They have a no nonsense approach and quickly figured out what was causing my electricity issues. It was an easy fix in the end. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know! I thought that they were reasonably priced too! Excellent service and I am glad i found them!
