A year ago we purchased a hot tub through Pioneer Pools and got the electrical work completed by Calibre. We had a fantastic experience (though I did not leave a review at the time) and when we purchased a new home and decided to move the hot tub along with us, our first choice was to call Calibre to complete the electrical work again. A little slow to get an estimate for what we needed, but that was simply due to the volume of work they had at this time of year.
They came by our old house to tie-off the electrical a day before the move to ensure the new owners were not left with anything exposed. A couple days later they were at our new house to install the hot tub electrical, as well as install 3 new junction boxes (2 in the basement and 1 for a gas stove) and a whole house surge protector.
I spoke with our Pioneer salesman and thought we were going to get the promo price for the hot tub electrical again, but unfortunately we did not see that price come through on the final electrical invoice. Other than the price being slightly higher than we expected on that side, it was an excellent job done.
