Jeff Came out to provide a free quote explained everything including how the generic worked and provided back up power seamlessly along with warranty, maintenance. the crew came installed it flawlessly while taking into consideration aesthetics which we appreciated. they did a test run at the end of the day so we knew what it would feel like during the fist power outage and activated warranty, set up all features of the generator. Great experience
