We contacted Heather of Spic 'n Span Cleaning hoping to find a reputable, reliable and excellent cleaning service. Heather and her crew did not disappoint. We have since been paired with Crystal who has been a lifesaver. After Crystal has cleaned our home we are always greeted with a clean and fresh smelling home leaving us more time to enjoy our home! Outsourcing housecleaning is one of the smartest decisions my girl and have ever made, but finding a good housecleaner was tough. We want someone who responds to text or email, shows up consistently, is friendly, trustworthy, and even if we don't appreciate your hard work at the time, Heather. We really appreciate that you clean behind all the appliances, shine the appliances, baseboards, cupboards, kitchen and bathroom floors by hand (even the unseeable corners under both bathroom sinks), office, and bedroom in 2 hours... my wooden turtle suggested he definitly feels better about his living environment.
What I appreciate even more is that each time Heather leaves, the house seems cleaner than the time before.
My experience has been great, and I want to keep my time slot forever!

We have Spic N' Span come to our home every two weeks for 3 hours for the past 2 months.They go above and beyond to make sure I receive what i expect in the clean. We could not be happier with the service and simply love the detailed work we receive every time. My house smells amazing and the girls are beyond friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. Such an amazing feeling coming to home at the end of the day to a squeaky clean house.

Worst experience in regards to cleaning, hired them to clean after a construction job, nothing was finished or left clean, I felt bad for the lady who was left spending additional time trying to clean up after her fellow employee, they were left without a mop or anything else needed to finish the job, their boss dropped the ball and I will not be paying for this service, so unhappy!

We are pleased with their service thus far and have recommended to others. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. We find them to be very friendly.

I have an insane schedule yet heather at Spic n Span always gets me in and gets the job done RIGHT. The ladies always go above and beyond. I always get a detailed invoice of how they invested their time helping me with my place along with nice notes. They have great initiative; I always leave it in their hands to decide what they should focus on and every time it has been wonderful. I should add that I'm actually outside of their usual work area (I don't know why I show up as Maple Ridge when I'm actually in Fleetwood Surrey).
