emergency response was not as quick as I would like, Left the fans blowing longer than necessary - but this was minor.
the repair work progressed VERY slowly - long time to schedule in; once started slow to progress; had wrong replacement material and had to modify to fit, which caused other problems and did not offer to remedy - had to charge extra to recover costs Project manager difficult to work with . Kept saying they were done, but had to call them back twice as they totally missed ceiling repair.
Overall - not impressed

Trevor Garbutt Construction in early 2013 was hired to rebuild our cottage after massive flood damage. This company was beyond professional. Trevor along with an ultra-talented team were always responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty. In any stressful situation with home damage caused by a flood or so on it it is so refreshing to have a firm who understood the issues we had o deal with. This company was always accessible by office, mobile and or text. A great company tha I recommend to anyone who needs home renovations/construction done right the first time!
