I had four very large casement windows, three small sliding single hung windows, a laundry room door and my front door and sidelights replaced in my home. I dealt primarily with Edan who was great - he walked me through product choice and answered all my questions, and really stands by the products Delco sells. The installation was seamless - the installers were very respectful of my home and pleasant to deal with, worked cleanly and left no garbage or damage behind. They made sure to insulate every window installed properly (something which had been severely lacking before). They even helped me save my california shutters on three of the windows being replaced so I wouldn't have to incur the extra cost of new shutters! Follow up was also excellent. After the installation, I noticed that a window had been scratched. I called Edan, and without any issues, the window pane was replaced in a timely and pain free manner. The cost of the job was very reasonable, but most important - the finished product was exactly what I expected and had been told it would be. I was so pleased with their work, I have recommended them to my friends and neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
