We were extremely happy with the service that Jeff and his team provided us before/during/after our basement renovation! Jeff is an easy-going and flexible contractor who provides excellent workmanship and customer service. He was always quick to respond to emails/texts and was happy to work with us when we had any questions or concerns. He completed the job on-time and within our budget. Jeff and his team-members (Marco, Adam and Anthony) are great at what they do and we always had confidence in a job well-done! They maintained a wonderfully clean work-space which was great for us with two small children. They were here on-time every day and were transparent about what was being done and when.
In addition to the high-level work ethic, Jeff and his crew are great to be around! They have a fantastic sense of humour and work really well together. They have a great working-relationship with all of their sub-contractors and it made for a very pleasant renovation experience! I am on maternity leave and I always felt comfortable being around the house during the day and appreciated how they got know my family - our 4 year old daughter loved the team so much, she didn't want them to leave!
We are beyond happy with our newly finished basement and wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff for any future projects or recommend him to our friends/family!
