We hired Jeff to demo and re-do (kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, living space) my bungalow's basement to accommodate an in-law suite for my mother.
Jeff did a great job protecting the upstairs from the downstairs to limit as much dust as possible. Him and his team were very respectful of the space and clean-up. He always answered my calls and gave his honest opinion.
The project ended up taking longer than said but we didn't mind.
There were a few finishes issues (not entirely Jeff's fault as we outsourced some of the work) but he always tried to make the best of the situation and rectify it even though it wasn't his fault.
My recommendation when hiring Jeff is to have him do all the work otherwise you may not be satisfied (in our case) and Jeff would make sure it is done RIGHT.
I'm sure we'll be a memorable client and thank you for being patient Jeff, don't be a stranger.

haha, I definitely wont be a stranger. there are a lot of ways to help a client out with a project, one is to allow clients to do some of the things themselves. the budget is an item that we always need to be mindful of during a renovation and it can be difficult at times. my only complaint was ikea. that's all ill say haha. I am really happy with the final product. and I am glad that you are as well.
