Our Maytag washer and dryer were no longer under warranty so I was concerned about calling someone out to repair them. Vlad made an appointment the day after my phone call. He showed up on time, repaired both machines and for a very reasonable cost. Thankfully, all the positive comments were true. It's wonderful to have a repairman who understands the value of integrity.
