I have been using RMS since the company's inception and am a completely satisfied client. I am a professional who does not have time to manage home maintenance and repairs and I am a firm believer in proactive home maintenance as well. I first retained RMS to do regular home inspections so that I could proactively manage issues such as furnace and hot water tank maintenance. This service was very helpful to me as RMS had a lock box access to the house and could do these inspections without my being home - an incredible time-saver. As my home needs increased, I found RMS able to deal with virtually every requirement. When I needed a new roof and windows, RMS handled this by sourcing out different products and assisting me in making a sensible decision. When I decided to get an underground sprinkler system, RMS managed this for me as well. I am now about to remodel the lower level of my house and RMS will be looking after this renovation which will include flooring, bathrooms, paint, closet installation, etc. I find it very helpful to be able to rely on one service provider for all of my household maintenance needs. I find RMS to be professional, accommodating, dependable, timely and courteous to a fault. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend RMS to my friends and colleagues and anyone else needing home maintenance services.

RMS is a professional home maintenance service which provides proactive, preventative prescheduled care to residential homes 4 times a year. They also provide 24 hour emergency service. They use a team approach. Jim and Larry are always punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Their work is high quality. They have a set price for a quarterly 4 hour service and do follow-up work at an hourly rate of $85.00 per hour. I like the fact that an effort is made to keep the same person as the main contact who comes to our house. I really appreciate having a trustworthy, knowledgeable person to answer my questions and address my concerns regarding my home.
