This was a very bad experience from start to finish. Several hundred dollars and 3 services later, the issue is still not resolved. I do not recommend this company simply for their lack of professionalism, customer service and problem resolution.

THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. THEY ONLY PAID US $266.18 (parts, labour, service call taxes included)). 6 MONTHS AGO WE SERVICE THEIR WASHER FOR A DIFFERENT PROBLEM. CX CALLED 6 MONTH LATER FOR A NEW // DIFFERENT PROBLEM AND AS PER OUR GUARANTEE , A NEW SERVICE CALL ((VISIT)) IS APPLICABLE. THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR A NEW SERVICE AND WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO OUR REPRESENTATIVE. Home Star is now being used to vent this wrongful frustration, it is now used to slander a good company's name. This is very untruthful posting from someone who did not leave their name (we knew who it is)) and feels that all service should be free.
