My husband and I were very impressed with Brad Sartison Roofing company, we received an excellent quote along with his resume and choices of which roofing materials we would like to use. He kept us updated on when the materials were arriving and the day the crew would start working. They were punctual arriving at the crack of dawn and with a crew of five they finished our roof, garage and shed at suppertime. They pulled out of our yard leaving us with not only a beautiful new roof and a cleaned yard, but not a nail to be found! I wasn't surprised many of our neighbors in the cul de sac came out to get quotes on their roofs before Brad left, as they too were most impressed with the new roof on our house! Brad has over 16 years of roofing experience, completed over 2,000 roofs and is committed to be on the crew for every job to ensure everything is done perfectly! When you need your roof done and your looking for a skilled roofing perfectionist, you need Brad, he's personable, friendly, open and honest with a great work ethic! We needed to replace the roof on our house. I decided to check the Better Business Bureau for a roofing co. I found Brad Sartison Roofing Ltd. The ratings were excellent. So I decided to give them a call. I spoke directly with Brad. He is in charge of EVERYTHING. He is very personable, professional, & incredibly efficient. They were to arrive at 8:00 am. I looked out my front window at 7:40 am & they were already onsite. Stuff was everywhere. I could not believe how prompt & quiet their arrival was. Brad had even replaced some of the wood up on the roof that a previous roofing co. from years ago neglected to repair. They were completely done the roof replacement & the clean up by 2:30 p.m. We were also doing some electrical upgrades. It turned out that we forgot to tell the electrician about a fan/vent. Upon learning we had a new roof, he recommended I call the roofer back to install the vent, so as to not void the warranty. I gave Brad a call & asked him. He said to call him when the electrician marks where he wants it. When I found out the electrician had marked it, I called Brad & left a message on his phone. He was at our house & up on the roof less than 2 hours after I left the message. We will be replacing our garage roof in a few years, as Brad had honestly told us "not yet", and WE WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING BRAD SARTISON ROOFING LTD!!! Thanks Brad. You guys are the BEST.

Their price is very competitive and the workmanship is outstanding. Brad is very professional in dealing with the customer and the way he handles his crew. Brad is a hands on BOSS. Prior to starting the job, his quote was precise and well explained. There where no " hidden " cost adjustments. He and his crew were very meticolous in their work, and there was always someone on site should you have had a question. (even during lunch break) On completion, the work site was left clean, safe, and I was encouraged to view the completed work with explanation once again as to what work was carried out. Brad also made it very clear in regards to the product warranty and how to get intouch with his company should the need arise. Definately pleased with my choice of company.

Not that his crew (all good friendly guys) needs supervision. They have 30 years of collective experience in the business. The cleanup job was fantastic. Outstanding Better Business rating. And the most reasonable quote out of the bunch thanks to Brad running his own show. Can't say enough great things about this company.
