Brad Sartison Roofing Ltd

We needed to replace the roof on our house. I decided to check the Better Business Bureau for a roofing co. I found Brad Sartison Roofing Ltd. The ratings were excellent. So I decided to give them a call. I spoke directly with Brad. He is in charge of EVERYTHING. He is very personable, professional, & incredibly efficient. They were to arrive at 8:00 am. I looked out my front window at 7:40 am & they were already onsite. Stuff was everywhere. I could not believe how prompt & quiet their arrival was. Brad had even replaced some of the wood up on the roof that a previous roofing co. from years ago neglected to repair. They were completely done the roof replacement & the clean up by 2:30 p.m. We were also doing some electrical upgrades. It turned out that we forgot to tell the electrician about a fan/vent. Upon learning we had a new roof, he recommended I call the roofer back to install the vent, so as to not void the warranty. I gave Brad a call & asked him. He said to call him when the electrician marks where he wants it. When I found out the electrician had marked it, I called Brad & left a message on his phone. He was at our house & up on the roof less than 2 hours after I left the message. We will be replacing our garage roof in a few years, as Brad had honestly told us "not yet", and WE WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING BRAD SARTISON ROOFING LTD!!! Thanks Brad. You guys are the BEST.
