Lawn Maintenance review in

We hired Russ with Western Seed Erosion to apply pasture mix to about 3 acres in South Surrey. Although he promised he would come back if there were any bare patches, after repeated attempts he never did.
He also charged us for doing a Riparian Plan as per the City of Surrey and told us he was a biologist. Turns out he wasn't and it was a waste of $ 600.00 for his plan because he has no recognized credentials.
