Workmanship is great! Each trade took great pride in the job they performed which the end result is a beautiful finished basement and new living space for our family! Thanks.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! Not sure where the good reviews came from, probably written by their staff. But this company has some unprofessional staff especially at their head office. Also, do not be fooled by the 2-week policy of finishing and giving you $100/day if not finished because they will blame it on your house as much as possible.

We started our basement mid-June and did not finish until August.
The head office is difficult to contact and will push you around once they've locked you into the sale. They've also put in their sign on my lawn and had one referral which promised 3% of the total cost of the referred person's basement reno but only gave an amount at their discretion and you would have to chase them for it! The referred's basement was $35K x 3% = $1,050 but said will only be given $300 and have to pick up the cheque. Until I told them that I could give them another referral if they give me the full $1,050, which they acted upon so quickly! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

There is no coordinated timeline and project plan, you would have to sort of coordinate and ask them on your own as they would not update you on the project. People will just come in and out of your house.

I also had to fight for a few things that were written on the contract that was supposed to be included but at the headoffice they it's not. So, your salesperson will lure you in and tell you all the good stuff but once you're in. You will never him from him/her again.

Again like I said, avoid this company at all costs. The head office is comprised of unprofessional people with no formal education in office handling and planning or customer service. It seems they are all related or friends that collaborate with each other and no one in the office will hear you out.

We started our project in mid April, and now in the beginning of July, we still haven't completed the job. the drywall join was badly done. Contacted them in midweek, They came on Saturday, did some work, and leave the work there unfinished, contact them again on Tuesday, they replied "will come next Saturday to continue". the price was same as everyone else, there were no saving at all, example: they charge us extra $1200 to paint the wall with colour other then white, My wife paid them in full, If she don't paid them, they said,: " so you don't want to close the deal, imply they will execute their late payment fee policy. ** They have 2 week complete policy, if late $100 a day.. big BS, As of today, our project hasn't finish yet, hope they will get things done sooner....

We are extremely happy with AGM and would recommend them. Their service was excellent and their scheduling worked like a fine timepiece. All trades were professional in their workmanship as well as in how they conducted themselves. The price quoted was the final invoice price, there were no hidden or surprise cost added at the end. The job was completed within the stated time frame without any delays. AGM has created a formula and protocols that surpasses all expectations. They know what they're doing and can be trusted to do it right.

Alex and his team were very good...this is a big company so there's lots of workers in and out all the time, but they stuck to their 3 wk timeline guarantee. Overall, very satisfied with their work!

I am so happy with the final product of my basement renovation!!! The team was competent and professional, and the customer service was excellent.
