We came to know about AGM through a home show 2 years ago. When we finally wanted to finish our basement we hired them. Our basement is finished now and we are happy. AGM workers are very professional and experienced. They were helpful and courteous. They were following COVID protocol throughout by always wearing mask. Our project manager Elvira was always responsive. We recommend AGM to others

We are very pleased with the remodelling work done by AGM in our basement! It gives us peace of mind that the work is backed by 5 year warranty. I definitely don’t think we will ever need the warranty but it’s there just in case! Great staff and great tradesmen! We highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Overall a very positive experience with AGM. Our designer, Alexandra, was truly excellent to work with - great ideas and did a good job incorporating our style into what materials were available (which is no easy feat in current covid times with product shortages and delays across all industries!) The tradespeople were polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our PM Mike was very personable and did his best to keep everything running on schedule despite lockdowns and other complications. We love how our basement looks and functions and would use AGM again in the future.

We used AGM to renovate our basement. The process was seamless and we are really happy with the final product. Our PM Alex was amazing and made sure everything we asked for was included. The trades were very professional and polite. We added lots of upgrades and unique things which were all accommodated. We did have to do a bit of legwork ourselves on our wood burning fireplace but Omar helped us bring our vision to life with his great handywork. I wish AGM did more then basements as we would use them again to do other parts of our house!

We hired AGM Renovations to renovate our dated ensuite bathroom. Great experience. We are extremely happy with our newly renovated modern bathroom. The job was done professionally and on schedule. AGM finished our basement recently and we are very pleased with the work. The workers are very professional and they followed through with any concerns and issues we had during the renovation. As an example there was a faulty shower tower bracket that caused a leak and when the plumber discovered it during the installation process, it was immediately addressed and resolved. We are very happy with this proactive action. We highly recommend AGM to other homeowners

AGM finished our basement in March 2021. Although the process was rough at the beginning we are pleased with the final result. AGM has some very good trades people and they are very good at what they do. We are also happy to say that the timeline was almost met.

The quality of work was amazing, however we had some issues with the lack of communication at the beginning and throughout the project. The workman were respectful and very professional and always took the time to explain all processes to us before the work was started.

AGM did a great work in transforming our basement to a full legal second unit. Our project manager Mark was fully engaged and helpful with our inquiries and follow-ups throughout the project! Did the project went through without issues, probably not, as I don't think there is anything 100% perfect but we can always strive for it. How AGM promptly responded to make it right is what really makes them reliable, and it helped build good relationship and confidence with your project manager and their trades. For example, during the HVAC installation, their trade was installing vents all over the place. I noticed it and talked to the HVAC guy to adjust it as close as it can with the rest of the vents to minimize the bulkhead, in which they did. We also noticed some of the vent connections were not properly sealed and are loose. I let my project manager know and they sent a new HVAC trade to rectify the issue. I find it helpful to do a spot check when the trades are not working, maybe this is just me being a perfectionist. AGM will build it according to plan and design and they will do a really good work! When the basement was done, it felt like it was done by an award winning reputable builder/developer, the finishes looked great! We'd like to thank the AGM team and their team of professional trades who are reliable and efficient!

I recently finished the basement and AGM did an excellent job from design, to customer service, to workmanship. All the trade people they sent are very friendly and helpful. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and comfortable. Definitely would recommend AGM to anyone.
