AGM did a great work in transforming our basement to a full legal second unit. Our project manager Mark was fully engaged and helpful with our inquiries and follow-ups throughout the project! Did the project went through without issues, probably not, as I don't think there is anything 100% perfect but we can always strive for it. How AGM promptly responded to make it right is what really makes them reliable, and it helped build good relationship and confidence with your project manager and their trades. For example, during the HVAC installation, their trade was installing vents all over the place. I noticed it and talked to the HVAC guy to adjust it as close as it can with the rest of the vents to minimize the bulkhead, in which they did. We also noticed some of the vent connections were not properly sealed and are loose. I let my project manager know and they sent a new HVAC trade to rectify the issue. I find it helpful to do a spot check when the trades are not working, maybe this is just me being a perfectionist. AGM will build it according to plan and design and they will do a really good work! When the basement was done, it felt like it was done by an award winning reputable builder/developer, the finishes looked great! We'd like to thank the AGM team and their team of professional trades who are reliable and efficient!
