AGM Renovations

AGM is a very professional organization with customer service that exceeded my expectations from our first meeting with Mike who provided their quotation and reviewed their contract terms. I contracted AGM for the design and finishing of my basement to include a Town approved (legal) one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. I got a competitive quote and selected AGM as they provided a comprehensive service and fixed price for design, engineering drawings, permit application submission, material and labour. They provided a clear, comprehensive contract and separate professionals for architectural drawings, engineering drawings and project management. Rana captured our requirements and prepared an initial 3D architectural design which we iteratively updated and got exactly what we wanted. The full engineering drawings were prepared and submitted to the town on our behalf for approval. Courtney then took over the project management and provided weekly delivery plans detailing which trades would be working each day. She was very responsive in addressing any issues and proactive in managing the trades and keeping the project on track.Everything did not go perfectly but we were kept informed of challenges and how they were being addressed. Covid-19 prevented us from doing our selections at their design center so we had to do selections online. This was unfortunate as seeing, matching and touching the material being selected is definitely a requirement for us. We wanted a professional job and a fully Town approved product that we would be proud of and AGM certainly delivered.
