Customer service is fair. The designers are friendly and accommodating and will work with you to reach a good design. The materials are reasonably good quality. The implementation of the project started good but the three weeks timeline was never realized. Our project dragged for over 9 weeks. My biggest disappointment was recently when I finally moved the tv to the finished basement, the connection was not working properly. Rogers will have to send a technician to figure out the problem. Small little things could have made our experience a lot more positiv. In general we are satisfied but not overly satisfied as we expected.

Are you able to provide us more information so we can understand what project you are referring to? Based on the scope of work, each one of our projects has its own guaranteed time frame. In order to explain to you your timeline, we will need to know your address so we can pull up your file. Also, regarding the connection of your TV not working - AGM is only responsible to run the TV cable from the TV to the electrical panel box. From there you need to contact your cable provider(Rogers,Bell, etc.) to connect the basement to the main cable line that comes to your house.
