AGM Renovations

We plan to finish our basement. We contacted AGM last week and their rep, Kam, visited us to have a look at the area. His communication was more than a sales pitch. When I randomly enquired about some “what if” scenarios, I got very honest and satisfactory responses. At the end of our meeting, he invited us to visit their show room to get an idea of the materials they use. We were at AGM show room yesterday. He had prepared a presentation for us. It was based on what we said we required, very professionally and nicely done. He had formulated those in a high level project plan showing the material and labour cost per item. AGM showroom seems very competitive to the large builders’ design studios that I have seen so far. We are going to one of their open houses before making the final decision. Based on our meetings with AGM’s first point of contact, we have a very positive feeling about the company; and, I shall admit that if all of AGM team are as resourceful as Kam, the company is very RICH.
I will update the review if I go with AGM.
