Be prepared to spend more then the original quote. The items listed in the quote (i.e. flooring) are of poor quality and to upgrade you will pay a lot more. We have a small basement, and it took a lot longer than the 3 weeks that they advertise. The demolition is not included in this time frame. We have found them over priced and the quality of work is average, you are better off saving your money and going with another contractor and buying your own fixtures, flooring, vanity, etc. Poor communication between workers and project managers.
