Agree with “Steve’s” review on AGM Renovation

Our experience with AGM for our kitchen renovation on July 2023 is almost identical to what Steve has described in his review on 01/04/2024 titled STAY AWAY FROM AGM.
If you are considering AGM just be aware and understand that (1) their Timeline Guarantee can be nullified by the slightest change in the work order. In hindsight, this guarantee is useless since it is a rarity for renovations not having some adjustments during the process ; (2) their Unlimited Warranty requires you to make a deposit of $350 before they even take on your case, and the website said response can take up to 3 weeks.
That said, the workmanship is good but its something you can get if you just take the time to do your own search for good, independent contractors. We did - we had our hardwood installed (after the kitchen renovation by AGM) by an independent contractor and was a much better process one-hundred-percent!

Approximate cost of services:
$60,000.00
