This is a follow up after eight years, he has everyone post a review after doing the job, it's always nice at first. However, not a pad he poured that hasn't cracked, and I don't mean a small crack. The patterned concrete is covered in spalling. He did ours and my neighbor's at the same time. What makes this really interesting is that my neighbor and I did our back shed pads over 30 years ago and neither one has cracked. The shed pads, and the patio pads Total Concrete did, are a mess. No thanks, never again.

This is Rolando. Why are we hearing about this 8 and a half years later. With concrete, if you're going to have issues with it you would start to see it within the first two years. You've never called us. Not once. Why are we hearing about this in a review almost 9 years later.
Like with every reputable company, we stand behind our product 100%. This is why we have a warranty in place. It's not often, but .0001% of the time things happen. This is why you get a warranty. We would come out and do a core sample, send it out, and see what's happening with the concrete. We would then determine what action to take to make it right.
I don't understand, Instead of calling us, you decide to leave a review 8 and 1/2 years later. A little strange!
We've built this business one customer at a time. Doing quality work for thousands of families in the GTA. Our business is referral based. These families we've done work for refer their kids, families, friends, and neighbour to us. I'm proud of our reputation we have accomplished . This is why I still work along side my guys on every job. Sorry, but I find this very strange!
Doesn't add up. You should have used your warranty.
