Alex was very responsive, both the the initial request for a Class 4 roof quote and for follow up questions. When I decided on SunWest, he came over within a day or 2 to finalize details. He saw that I was more comfortable meeting him with a mask, and honored my COVID protection wishes. The weather has been mild so, was able to schedule me in within a few days. His crew was super friendly and WOW are they efficient! All done within about 6 hours (smaller bungalow home) including a very thorough cleanup. Thanks SunWest team!

Alex and his Team did a fantastic job. Clean up of area was excellent. All my rose bushes were very well protected The only signs of them having been there was a new roof and a sign on the lawn. The crews were very courteous and friendly and the work was completed within a day, including the garage. The job exceeded my high expectation. I would highly recommend this company. Sunwest was fast, professional and affordable - I left in the morning and came back in the afternoon and they were all done!no trace of them even being there - except for our new roof. Price was all inclusive - no hidden costs. Initially we selected a product, got a call notifying me of a supply issue from the US. Sunwest then upgraded us to a better product and provided us with the same warranty at no additional cost, to ensure we get our roof in a timely manner. Chuck was personable and a pleasure to work with. D

Big thanks to Loren Hawley and everyone over at Sunwest roofing. These guys got the job done fast with no headaches on my end. Loren told me they clean up and I must say they sure did a good job at that. Thanks to Loren Hawley I also now have a better understanding of how my roof works he took the time to inform me and I really value that.

Called Loren for an estimate and within a few days we received an estimate in person. Within 2 weeks of the estimate, Alex and his crew were onsite and had our roof replaced, site thoroughly cleaned and the only signs of them having been here was a new roof and a sign on the lawn. Great experience and we would highly recommend them.

New shingles and vents on bungalow to match my detached garage. Everything went smooth and quick. Great price. Great service. They needed to replace some rotted wood and did so for the original quote.
The roof looks great and they spent a lot of effort to make sure all the debris was removed.
