It was discovered that a roof vent had been ripped off by racoons who made a home in my attic while I was away from my home and unable to access it. Given the urgency of the situation I needed to coordinate the repair and remediation remotely. Scott was very understanding of my situation and sprung into immediate action to help me coordinate the work. I could not be anymore satisfied with how the work was undertaken and delivered.
