Scott was quick to respond to my call for quotes online. Luck was on our side as he was in the area and was able to arrive within the hour! We discovered we had a squirrel stuck in the chimney flue, sitting right on the damper. Scott took the time to assess the situation and got right to work. He was professional, courteous and very experienced in handling the situation. He was also gentle and concerned for the squirrel's well being, which was my main concern. He tried to get the squirrel out from the fireplace but when that didn't work, he lowered a rope down the chimney flue and within minutes the squirrel climbed up and out.
