We called Toronto Plumbers for a leak and ended up with a whole new bathroom to be proud of. The initial meeting we had with Alex, we felt comfortable right through until the job was completed. Andrew and his son Alex (plumbers), Tom (piping, cutting), and Andy (drywall, tiles) were courteous, professional and truly a pleasure to work with. As tough as the job was and we know it was because we were afraid to deal with it over the years, these guys did an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate in calling them in the future. Though I hope I don't need to (hahaha), they would be the first on my list for sure. Thanks you guys for all your hard work and for truly making our home more comfortable and presentable.

My tenant emailed me to let me know there was a leak under the sink -- when I called the Toronto Plumber, I was told someone could come the next day and I was given a two-hour window (10 to 12). Alex showed up on the dot at 10 a.m., figured out the problem fast, explained to me the repairs he was going to make, and had the problem fixed within an hour. Amazing service -- I would absolutely recommend this company!

Alex arrived at our door sharp at 7:00 p.m., we had scheduled appointment for 7:00 p.m. He was so pleasant. We explained our situation that we had a water leak in our main floor and we mentioned it would be from the bath tub on the upper level. He observed the water leak. He agreed to diagnose the problem right away. He arrived at the conclusion that the bath tub drain was not fixed properly which he reinstalled for us and checked if the problem recurred. We confirmed that it was not leaking anymore. We had another technician who had seen this issue earlier and he had mentioned that the bath tub had to be taken out to identify the problem inside which would have involved a lot of work and more money. Alex was so professional in his approach and he knew what he had to do to get it fixed. We loved his service and his price was reasonable.

We called The Toronto Plumber by a recommendation from a friend. The next day Alex from The Toronto Plumber came by and was on top of the work asap. Alex removed our old toilet and installed a brand new one that we purchased no so long ago, he also repaired the emergency shutoff valve for the upstairs washroom. And replaced our kitchen faucet. We moved in, no so long ago and had good amount of plumbing things to do and change, so we are happy that we got Alex by recommendation. If your looking for reliable and honest plumbers give Alex a call, he is very professional and honest plumber and does very nice and quality work.

Alex did a great job explaining to me all the details of the job. He was prompt, professional and efficient. He kept the site clean and fixed the broken pipe in a very short amount of time. I called Alex late at night and explained that there is a leak in my finished basement that is probably coming from the drain in the kitchen obove. He offered to come right away or if it is better for us the next day. When he came in the morning explained what caused the leak offered to take care of the leak and whole job was done and fixed in less then two hours including going to supplier for needed part.
The job was done neat and professional. Alex olso gave me some advice on how to take care of repering the small domage done buy the leak and how to avoid it to at all.
I will recommend his company.
Alex also looked into a small problem in my bathroom done not long time ago by another company but it was having some problem with the fouset. The fouset was not installed properly and hi reinstalled.

We had a leaking shower faucet and have called in a plumber to com e and take a look at our shower fauet. After the plumber came over and got everything fixed everything was fine, but this was only for 3 months only. So this time we tried to contact a different plumbing company and contacted The Toronto Plumber, they send over one of there plumbers (Alex) to come and take a look at our faucet.

Alex came over and lookd at our faucet and told us that it needs to be replaced as our faucet was very old and it was better to replace it with a new faucet rather then try to fix the existing faucet. So we went ahead with Alex's suggestion at got a brand new shower faucet.

Very happy with the service and honesty shown to us by Alex about the job, and very happy on the experience. Everything was done on tie and in reasonable budget. Definetly would recommand Alex and the company he works for.

I had water leaking down my kitchen wall and into the basement. I called Alex and he came right away. He figured out the problem was a pipe leaking from near my upstairs bathroom behind the wall. It was very hard to get to but Alex was able to quickly fix the leaking pipe and was very neat and tidy. His price was fair and he is very professional and knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
