My cat was at the top of a 60 foot spruce tree for around 24 hours, over night in winter. There was no sign she was coming down and she was meowing in distress. I didn’t want her to have to spend another night in the cold surveying the neighbourhood from the great heights of that spruce. Sullivan was recommended by Arbourculture Canada Training and Education. Everyone who dealt with me on the phone was so helpful and kind. Candace and Kendra were so understanding and made arrangements right away for a team to come. When that wasn’t possible, Joe called and got Brandon, who was actually on his day off, to come and help me. Brandon was excellent, he did his very best. Brandon was in the basket 60 feet in the air, and when my cat, Willa, jumped into her carrier, Brandon gave the thumbs up sign. You can’t imagine how relieved I felt. I was thanking everyone at Sullivan when my little cat came in from her adventures in the spruce and gobbled a plate of food. Thanks again and again.
